I want to paint them so they’re extremely shiny and glossy with glitter-like paint if possible. I’ve never painted rims before and I’m not concerned about cost or how much labor is involved. I just want the best quality possible to come out of painting my rims

and what kind of paint would you put on it
the finish is going to be glossy black
also how can i tell what color the paint is on the car (i kno its black but what is the identification number for the paint)
