      • Review:: 'Naturopathic Genius! It seems that everyone in the world has an opinion on how to be healthy and how to eat right. I've read a lot of junk, and I'm happy to say that Valerie Saxion is right on the money. Why? Because I feel great, all the time. Sorry, very hokey, but very true. Her advice is really good, and shows meaningful ways on suppressing your appetite, eating healthier and finding the right supplements. She even included a directory of practicing naturopatic doctors in the United States. I'm thankful for this book, which uses Biblical examples on how the human body should work, and how to cleanse one's self of parasites, and other nasties. If you're serious about health, this book is a great start.

      • Review:: 'A Complete Plan to Get the Very Best Results - I Lost more than 200 Lbs I love this book. It truly is a complete reference to fat lost and getting in shape in a Healthy way. It has sound theory on strength training and smart eating, and a good selection of exercises for muscle building. I lost more than 200 lbs about six years ago, during a period of about eight months, and went from pants 44 to 32. Prior to star changing my eating and exercise habits I bought "Men's Health Hardbody Plan" which I give most of the credit for my success. Two years later I bought "The Testosterone Advantage Plan", another excellent, easy to read, comprehensive and complete reference and I found the advices in this book most useful to keep the weight off through an easy to follow eating plan, and used its advices for the gym. With both books I have been able to keep the weight off for more than six years. This is a really good book. I love it. If it worked for me I am sure it can work for you. You just have to be constant and focus in the result you want to achieve. Another tools you may want to consider, to complement this book and your strategies for boosting your metabolism, loosing weight, and even more important keeping that weight off are: - A Body Fat Monitor or Scale.       • Review:: 'Very comprehensive and well written. I found this book to be extremely helpful and in-depth. It keeps everything from the workouts to the diets very structured but at the sme time allows for personalization. I would highly recomend this book to anyone (beginners and experts).
      • Review:: 'Not a good resource for specific workouts I'm not sure what the others were reading but I thought this was a waste of my money. The book is huge- much bigger than I expected- but I was looking for some specific workout programs and it falls way short on that. It claims to have a 12-week program but I've thumbed through several times and can only find 3 weeks worth. Perhaps I have to dive into it more but I find it confusing to find what you're looking for and unorganized. If you're looking more for information about working out, diets, etc. then maybe it's for you.

      • Review:: 'Excellent Fitness Guide All the basics are here in this book. This book tells you not only what to do, but why to do it. The detailed exercises are great and the menu plan was a nice bonus.
